Spooky happenings in Morecroft Way as witches, wizards and a skeleton visited the residents. When they and others knocked on our door and said "Trick or treat?" Pete cried "Trick" and squirted them with a water pistol, much to the surprise of the "free chocolate collectors" He then relented and gave them some goodies.

looks like you all had great fun - we had a few trick or treaters here, but weren't nasty enough to water pistol them....just a cauldron of sweets for them to delve into..
Our first batch were a couple of older kids with two 5-6 year olds. Absolutley no costumes.
Were robbers, and these are our hostages.
Geez , not sure that deserves a chocolate.
Child 1 : wheres your costume?
Me : Thats your job mate.
Relented and lollied them up after a brief discussion.
PS great costumes your end!!
Scary as......glad they did not come to my door....Had one or two good costumes and had a bag of treats ready
