Grandma just got back from the UK to celebrate her 70th birthday. She was a bit jet lagged, but we mannaged to keep her awake. Cake made by Cobblestone Cakes (Aunty Dette). All the kids with their grandma- ahh..

It took us about 5 days, but we have done it.

Having been to the UK for the hols.
Back to it with a vengeance.

Our little boy is growing up fast. So far so good, not yet morphed into a grunter... Fingers crossed that he doesn't.

I remember when he was only one- and didn't even know how to blow out candles....

Yes- It's been a while....
Things have been going on- we just couldn't be bothered to tell you about them- or were we just too busy doing them...


In exciting, and romantic news- Dad has remarried!
They found each other online- Kindred Spirits. It was love at first coffee. They chatted all day. Only left the venue as it was closing for the day...
About 14 months later a fairytale wedding, which we had the joy of attending.
Gill is a kind and generous person, they are so obviously in love. They chat and joke together all the time- and help each other through the stresses and strains. Particularly bad as we were visiting- selling 2 homes- buying another- consolidating junk. My hat goes off to them both for remaining sane. We wish them many happy years together.
